1) Wil Anderson's doing a signing in the city this Wednesday, and considering the rather large crush I had on him back in the day, possibly I'll end up going to that... idk. Maybe. I am rather broke though. *ponders*
2) Candide for the Sydney Festival in January includes Paul McDermott as Pangloss, and it's free, so uh. Yes, chances are I may mosey my way over to that and freak out a bit. Opera = singing. I are clevr. (How early would one have to get to the Domain in order to be able to see, like, anything? Jesus.)
3) In regards to Danneel/Jensen... eh. Haha even with this news, I'm still a bit 'there's no waaaaay he's into girls, what the hell?' *happily continues to blank out probable reality* Also, why do they do these things right before Cons? Gee, that's gonna be fun for them all.

I am officially finished with my degree for the year. *dances exhaustedly* I even finished and handed in the essay before other people had gotten half way to the word limit. I mean, WHAT. Is this the Twilight Zone? I finished before 4am the day of an assignment? Aaaand I am rather beind, having started late, but I'm at 5000/50000 for NaNo, wooooo.

Also procrastinated happily with parts an old GNW debate, 'Always Look On The Bright Side', including some parts I hadn't seen before, yay. Exampllleees:
Corinne teases and licks Paul.
Paul is a sexy reindeer, and also Satan. (Stiiill not sure how this made it on telly XD Satan/Rudolph OTP?)
Paul paints Satan all over the set and acts generally insane. Most terrifying ten minutes of TV ever, y/n?
Paul/Mikey cheek kissing.

They kiss a lot. You know what I need? That special they did together ages ago. Also for them to like, release a CD or DVD of their radio show. I used to listen to it all the time with dad, but clearly didn't appreciate it as much when I was... eightish. And Sandy's voice used to drive me up the wall.

OH, you know what else I did today? Bent one of my longish fingernails (I bite them, they're all uneven, I blame Elijah Wood) in half, and blood spurted out. YEAH, OUCH.

Okay, so, I think I have such a hard time reading/rarely read LOTR fic for two reasons.

a) I generally flock towards things that are largely (if not entirely) Peregrin-oriented, and apparently for some reason not every fic in the world revolves around him.
b) I don't read het. I just can't, okay? I'm a freak, I know I am. All out straight romances RUIN things for me, minus like, Tom Hanks/Meg Ryan movies, Fry/Leela, and Joel/Maggie from NX And I have spent the last *ponders* eight/nine years thinking of hobbits (especially Pippin) as lacking in genitalia.

Which leaves a small amount of gen. Which I do enjoy greatly, but there doesn't appear to be a huge amount of it. But it occurs to me, (finally, after said eight/nine years) that it may be time to square with the fact that Pippin probably did have boy-parts, and may possibly have wanted to use them (when he came of age obvs). I think it may be time to peek into the apparently quite well-hidden world of LOTR slash. After my thesis is done.

And also I may have signed up for NaNo. *headdesk*

GNW squeeeeee. )

And um, hey, also, Pertaining to J2, 'girlfriends', and a teeny tiny spoiler for 5x08: )

Stupid... womb... *glares at stomach* Diet has officially started back today, on the day I most need chocolate, damn it! But I have been good. I even went for a walk. Possibly a stupid idea in hindsight, but I'm sure the legs appreciated it.

It's starting to get really really hot again. Why do I live in this country.

Also, probably should have been trying to get large amounts of assignment done, but instead read beloved old Jared/Jensen fic and was fangirly, and maybe watched A Bug's Life again. I need more Jared/Jensen public gay in my life. I have to admit I'm kinda glad they aren't coming back to Australia next year, because I will already be very broke. On the other hand, they possibly would have been thrust upon GNW as cross-promotion, and I would have squealed. A lot. (And possibly begged and pleaded someone to let me go hug them? To no avail I'm sure, but still.) Nngh, J2 on opposing teams and snarking and such. Why, God, why have you not made this happen? Think of the gay that would come from such a show. I hear even Mikey was ogling Jensen when he was on last time hehe. (Understandable.)

Er yes. Good News Week squee, as per usual. )

Cannot stop listening to the Witches of Eastwick OST. And singing. Which I really need to stop, now that the neighbors have moved in, as we share a common wall. Huzzah. Hopefully they are nice, quiet people.

Jerry Lewis (and Paul and Mikey and JMo and Peter Berner and lots) tomorrow, yay! Terribly excited. Even if I hate our public transport system and may end up screaming at a bus timetable after the concert tomorrow night. Anyway.

Didn't get tickets for the upcoming GNW tapings though ): I may have withdrawels! Hee actually I'm mainly disappointed because a friend was finally going to tag along this week, so of course we don't get the tickets this time.

I am off to write J2!Rescue Rangers schmoop, because I can. *glee* Maybe also some more TMNT drabbles, because aww, I have missed playing with those boys. Turtles. Whatever.

So hey, Kanye? Classy! Haha, what the Hell was that?

I'll be honest and say that I think that particular film clip of hers is ridiculous. I thought it was cute up until the ending. Seriously, great message there. (I have similar complaints for 10 Inch Hero. Really. What?) But that was like watching Kanye stomp up and down on a tiny happy friendly puppy! Andrew G has been taken down from the top of my list of 'Yay, We Have No Class' people.

But yay for Green Day! :D

Thoughts:

1) Lisa Mitchell is adorable. I kinda wanna go see her when she's at uni later this month. I keep watching the Coin Laundry clip, over and over.

2) There's a full orchestra at Jerry Lewis. And being in the same room as Paul, I'd say there's a chance he shall siiiiiiing. :D (Mayhaps with Mikey? They need to sing My Shadow and Me so I can cry happily in my seat.)

3) 'Wedding Spell' from the Witches of Eastwick OST is basically 3 minutes of Paul moaning/shrieking in pain lol. Also throaty growly sweary Paul! I enjoy this. (Ugh, I turned down tickets to thiiiis...)

4) These images of Jared and Jensen, and Green Day. )

5) Back to study (and er not drabbles at all)

Oh my God, this essay on Dada crap is driving me insane. It's due Wednesday, and I'm at uni for most of tomorrow. *wails* I hate it. Interesting looking at the similarities with DAAS though. Who knows what the Auras of Art are? Well, I know they're creation, authenticity, and ritual, but I missed that class; SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN THEM TO ME.

Also, hehe twitter. I love searching for, like, Paul or Mikey, and reading the ridiculous comments. My all time favourite was "Paul McDermott is so not funny, he's a stupid quer." I dunno what a quer is, but I suspect it's something only people with precious few brain cells are capable of seeing. Also one today about "Mikey Robins being so homophobic." :/ Somehow I doubt it?

Aaaand attempting to make a decent animation of some particularly sordid Paul/Audience Member gay from Live in New York; possibly in a week or so when my imminent five assessments are over with. This was my first attempt. *stares* He's like a floppy little ragdoll. Giant!audience!man just picks him up like he weighs nothing lol.

Oh oh oh, and Jared and Jensen still live together :D Didn't I tell y'all?

Things I should not be spending my time doing: #73 Writing Tim/Paul schmoop. Frankly, I feel that it's unhealthy. I do not foresee a happy real-life ending here. (It is slightly easier to imagine this with, oh, say, Jared and Jensen.) And yet I persist.

Jared and Jensen. Why have we stopped with all the public squee, boys? I think my heart skipped a beat when Jared leaned in for the kiss, oh dear. Eee, that video; they're just so... I don't know. Gentle? Comfortable with each other? Maybe slightly giddy also. <3

Also, the tutorial for my extended prose subject has been moved to either a) four hours after the lecture, or b) two days later, on a day I do not have to attend. It is times like these I hate living so far away. Ugh. I may possibly have to hunt down/utilise the library this session.

Flu is back. WHY. We just did this, body! I need to be healthy right now; I'm rearranging my room before the upcoming house inspection, which is a huge gigantic horrible process, and it's the holidays, and we're going out to see Bruno in a few nights, and ugh. Stupid sickness. I've spent the day being either freezing cold and miserable, or boiling hot and miserable. Ugh.

Also, I enjoy the fact that Green Day just held a concert in Vancouver. J2 were obviously in the general vicinity. Clearly the went along and were inspired by the epic Green Day gay.

Sorry, what? How did I miss this? Is there even anything to say about it? I don't think there are words. Carry on, boys! I want to touch Billie's hair.

Script is handed in. Now I have to write my short story, due Thursday morning. I should have started this earlier. But, alas, I am an idiot. And now it's like Paul McDermott meets Drop Dead Fred, but it's too late to change it, so... Tally Ho!

Script is not going so well. I have almost 30 pages. I need 45ish by Monday morning. And it's suddenly turned sappy and ridiculous. It had such promise.

But then Asylum happened and I got distracted.

Seriously, I need to know how Jensen knows what Jared looks like in a bathtub ;) And also, JENSEN HAS LONGISH HAIR, and apparently there was some J2!arm-draping, and apart from the utter chaos that the con seems to be suffering from, it all sounds rather wonderful! ... Alright, back to churning out this filth I call a major scripting assignment.

Oh, note to [info]obli_ttw; It's been suggested to me that we be ready to line up for GNW at about 1:30. We could actually possibly get awesome seats! ie. down the front or to the side for Hot Spot! Eeeeee I may implode with glee to be within that distance of Mr McDermott. But we can perfect our lining-up techniques with subsequent shows, also.

Also, I've nearly lost 20kg! (technically 17ish) I am so impressed with myself that I feel the need to go buy a chocolate bar and devour it all. Slowly and piggishly. Mwahaha.

I'm sure we were all shocked and saddened to hear about Misha's pony. It is now walking the treadmill in the sky. I would very much like to see this bunker of his though.

Green Day continue to be adorable and gay. Let's see if J2 can match them at Asylum. Seriously, why does this stuff always take place when I have scripts and short stories to complete? (Although on that note, I just got another HD for my script pitching assessment, so that's certainly boosted my confidence in this subject somewhat. And that took place around AHBL. Ahhhh.)

Again with Good News Week guests attempting to have sex with Paul. It's like it's some kind of law! I love this show oh so much. Speaking of, are J2 likely to do talkshows etc around Asylum? I think it's necessary! Someone mentioned they should do Graham Norton. I support this.)

Oh, and my album finally arrived! So pretty :D It doesn't fit in my special Green Day CD rack, though, so I'll have to... build an extension/platform for it to sit on. Or something.

Anyway. Off to come up with a storyline for the prose major work. Having possibly exhausted my gay/lesbian couple story quota for the year, maybe it can even feature straight folk. Ehhh.

So, you know, Billie, you know, let slip that in, you know, December, Green Day will be in Australia. For my birthday, clearly. You know. Presumably just the once, but I'm determined to travel around a bit if they do shows in a couple of states.

Also, Billie, ilu. You know.

I also officially have a start to my NZ fund, thanks to Mr Rudd. I shall make it my mission to get there at some point next year. Just to... be in the general area. Perhaps stalk visit some sets once more. And live in Cuba Street, mainly. Mmm, Fidels breakfast.

And how long til Asylum, already? I need more J2 public fuzzies! You know. (They need to sing the Guy Love song. Like, on a blooper reel. Ironically. But then contrast it with all the GAY THINGS that they do, and then like, you know, kiss at the end. Ironically.)

And, just back from Dylan Moraaaan. )

... Look, all I'm saying, is that Jared and Jensen could learn a lot from Green Day. A lot. Holy schnikeys, boys, I had forgotten how amazingly and gloriously gay y'all were. Please keep it up! I mean, the album isn't even out yet! Green Day discuss and demonstrate their alternative lifestyle. Admittedly, I will allow that J2 have the love heart eyes down pat.

Ugh, I have to come up with some sort of class activity relevant to Ulysses. Maybe I could write a thousand word epic with weird formatting and force them to all read it. (I'm sure Ulysses is a great book, but I'm kicking myself for not assigning myself the two page poetry section.) Heeellp.

Wow. It suddenly went from 'oh god it's so hot I can't move without sweating' to 'jesus christ why am I only wearing four jumpers'. I am loving it, by the way. I am wearing a NZ beanie, Impala sweatpants, and three new stripy sweaters a la Ackles. He is clearly a wise, comfortable, soft and plushy man. No doubt snuggling with Jared somewhere at this very moment. In cashmere sweaters. Or, he would be, if he were still in Australia, because it's freaking cold. Gleeee.

Possibly I dreampt last night that there were photos of them snuggling and smiling giddily at some red carpet thing. Possibly I enjoyed it quite a lot. Also had a dream in which I was some genetic freak pet creature of a deceased mad scientist and I lived in a parking complex and stole food from unsupervised trolleys. That one was a little weird. I should watch Dark Angel again. I actually have a lot of creepy dreams set in parking complexes. I could write a book.

Oh, and right, I just got back from Danny Bhoy.  )

So, basically, every time Misha opens his mouth, I fall a wee bit more in love. I need to stop rewatching the Aussie interviews. But guh, giggling and touching and smiling. Can Jensen just giggle, like, all the time? He even does the Billie Joe breath-hitch thing... erm. Ignore me. ('Condoms are for sailors!')

Also falling more and more in love with Paul McDermott. He seems to have made out with most male comedians at this point. I'm enjoying this new ability to utilize youtube for the power of... boylove. This is an excellent example. Oh, Paul and Mikey. Apparently I have Aussie fandoms now.

A poll, of utmost importance! And giggly!Jensen. )
