... and then the cage comes down

... Prettyyyyyy. I really dig his hair, I must say. If my hairline wasn't so ridiculous, I'd maybe even think about ripping him off. I am, however, getting most of my hair chopped off tomorrow, and going to buy bleach and dye and such, so very exciting. Maaaaaybe getting a DAAS braid left in just for fun. Wish my unfortunate hair luck in this venture!

... No really, pretty! I do in fact adore his brain much more than anything else, but, well, I mean. This.

... I shall now go and attempt to write slash do my essay.

Mother has been talking seriously about taking a mother/daughter trip to Melbourne for one of the Green Day shows. Omg.

I have this epic urge to go bushwalking. It's only fun when it's 2*C and cloudy skies and crisp. Also I practically salivate at the smell of smoke/campfires. We went on a trail out near Bondi several years ago and stumbled across a Scouts group cooking damper; zomg I waaant.

Anyway. I'm completely normal. New hair, plus GNW squee )

I shall now return to my comparison of the Great Gatsby and Emma (of the Jane Austen Persuasion. Haha get it? Oh, literary jokes.) for my Modernism subject. This comparison does not actually make much sense, but do I care? No. So long as I get a mark of above 50. And if they didn't want me to discuss these texts, they should have said so in the assessment outline.

It just took me three hours to do my flist. The mind boggles.

Alright, so, drama of the week. I applied for special consideration for my philosophy exam (as I'd been sick for the four days leading up to it and had not studied), and sent in my medical stuff, HOWEVER, they called me back saying mum had sent in copies, and they needed the official ones. So I need to get them the originals before they can make up their mind about whether or not I can do the exam at some other date, or if I've just failed my course. ... Fun. I'm a bit terrified they'll actually be like, yeah that's fine, come do it Monday afternoon. Please God no. I still haven't studied. Did I mention I hate philosophy?

Jensen and Jared go to bars and buddy up when they go to the bathroom. :D Oh, these boys. Seriously, the glee.

Charles Winchester (M*A*S*H*) was in Frasier! Ahah! The delicious irony. I squee'd.

Other than that, neh. I need a job, preferrably with no customer interaction, and my hair is soon to be re-Billie-fied, and blue'd, in homage to Priestly. Huzzah! Also my father is going to NZ in a month or so and refuses to take photos when he goes through about four LOTR spots, and I kinda hate him a wee bit for that.
