Can someone explain to me the reasoning behind that Adam Lambert photo shoot where they have him posing with a naked woman? Would it not have made more sense to have him pose with a naked man? Or, like, maybe even both, I guess, but... Did he not just recently announce he was out and proud and awesome, which most people seemed quite overjoyed about, and also evidentially he has an adorable adorable boyfriend... Soooo, they do a photo shoot with him being all sexy with a woman? I get that it's just a photo shoot, and I think he talks about how he thinks women are sexy and whatnot in the related interview, but... idk, isn't it a bit random? Could we not have embraced the whole thing and had a sexy m/m photo shoot?

I am not at all self-serving in this request. Lol no, really. I'm just... bzuh? I admittedly know very very little about this however, so I shall be quiet now. I'm totally doing uni work. I'm so very behind all of a sudden.

Good News Week tomorrow :) I so do not have time to go, blech, and am starting to feel weird about going so much! Buuut I really want to see two of the announced guests for tomorrow, and I just know if I don't use the other ticket, there'll be singing and dancing or something, so. Only a few more shows for the year anyway, I shall hoard the experiences while I can, and remember them fondly while I'm busy with 8000 assignments next year.

And also, That Ross Noble/Paul McDermott kiss... )

Oh, woe is me. University tomorrow. I just passed a month of procrastination, sleep ins (mostly) and job interviews. Possibly I should have tried harder with that last thing. I wish I'd tried harder at reading my book list. My lecturer is not a very forgiving person. I'm slightly terrified of her. Ahh well.

Hearing excellent things about the season four gag reel for Supernatural. In fact, even saw a few minutes of blurry footage. :) Heeee, I'm glad the on-set boytouching and general gay has not eased off any.

Also, speaking of boytouching and general gay, that M*A*S*H* show: giggling and falling-into-each-other!laughter, belly poking and hand holding, tucking each other into bed, knitting on the same cot, petnames, conjugal visits, protecting from angry patients/generals/north koreans, crying onto shoulders, naked hugging, singing in the shower, mother-henning over injuries and emotional stress, sharing soap in the shower, sharing story-telling duty with wee children, ridiculous smiles, bad-porno dialogue and flirting, and whatever else happened in the other 8 seasons I've not watched in a year or so.

Now to more wonderfulness and gay. Good News Weeeeek. )

Pain, so much pain. What did I ever do to deserve this? However, looking at these makes it somewhat easier to cope with: J2 and DAAS... Mwaaah. )

Things I should not be spending my time doing: #73 Writing Tim/Paul schmoop. Frankly, I feel that it's unhealthy. I do not foresee a happy real-life ending here. (It is slightly easier to imagine this with, oh, say, Jared and Jensen.) And yet I persist.

Jared and Jensen. Why have we stopped with all the public squee, boys? I think my heart skipped a beat when Jared leaned in for the kiss, oh dear. Eee, that video; they're just so... I don't know. Gentle? Comfortable with each other? Maybe slightly giddy also. <3

Also, the tutorial for my extended prose subject has been moved to either a) four hours after the lecture, or b) two days later, on a day I do not have to attend. It is times like these I hate living so far away. Ugh. I may possibly have to hunt down/utilise the library this session.

Okidoki. Ioki. Great Debate squee: )

You guys, Misha having a Twitter is the most amusing thing ever. He can totally tweet about J2 shenanigans when filming starts back up. I spent the day watching S1 and squeeing over dorky happy giggly Dean, oh my God.

Green Day were on Aussie Video Hits today, and I hope someone caught it on tape because I swear to God, Billie and Tre were practically cuddling. Billie also mentioned their lack of theatre/musical experience, other than taking their kids to see the Lion King (together? eeee), but that they were excited about AI the musical, and that they planned to dress up as cats and get on stage. Then made a highly effeminate purring sound. Yay, Billie.

Oh, and Billie straddling Mike, and Cutest body language ever + Billie mentions Twilight, and Billie being freaking adorable and glomping Mike at the end.

I feel so privileged, being born the same month their first album came out. It also makes me feel relatively young, in comparison. Or maybe it makes them seem really old. I dunno. Probably the first.

First?

Refer to this at will for happy. Those of you who have seen it 8000 times already? I don't really apologise.

But now, SPN 4x22 )

Observations.

a) Sam and Dean walk like they (or their alter egos?) are used to holding hands, and are actually consciously refraining from doing so.

b) Jared and Jensen maybe possibly remind me a little of Jack and Karen. Like, with the inappropriateness and the touching and the 'platonic' life partner stuff. I have photographic evidence if need be.

c) It's amusing to communicate with the household solely with strange and unusual hand gestures.

d) One month 'til Sydneycon!

e) Joey and Chandler in the early seasons are insanely couple-like. I don't mean the jokes and obvious set ups; I mean the touching and hovering and smiles.

f) I'm not the girl they're singing about in 'My Sharona'. Her name's Sharona.

g) Pamela in Supernatural? Reminds me of Agent Sands. No, it's not just because she's blind.

From [here]:

Q: Is there any sense of friendly competition [between you and Jared]?
Jensen:
No, not at all. In fact, let me look here (reaching for his cell phone searching through messages), he wrote "Hey dude, thinking about you, hope it's going well. Kick Ass. Enjoy." No, we're very supportive. I'm stoked to see his movie, and he said he couldn't wait to see mine.

Oh, boys! <3 More texting interviews! How are you both so adorable? How? My diet is going to survive; I don't need any more sugar if these two keep this up, seriously. Good God. How am I supposed to go and write angsty action scenes now?
