Drove down to Kiama and then Berry with the mother and the UK!mother today. Actually very lovely day hehe. Poked around in itty bitty shops, had chips on a deserted beach, and got befriended by an adorable horse in Berry. I named him Strider. I love that area of the world; beach and country so close together. (Mother and UK!mother are looking to maybe find/buy/rent a house down there. I could have a dog. omg.)

I am not a lamb eater, like, really, but I have to say the roast downstairs smells pretty awesome. I may also have overdosed on chocolate and junk food lately, so. Points start again tomorrow. As well as my frantic workshop piece for Tuesday, because thus far I have... one sentence :)

Spent the day on my hands and knees, weeding the courtyard with my brother and cousin. Oi. Bloody cold outside, also, and I was wearing my daggy (and rather short) shorts, so I think most of me is numb, especially my fingers. Ouch.

Also went for a walk with said companions to fetch chips and ice cream, so I'm hoping all the physical activity cancels out the junk food ;)

Enjoying the Ninja Turtles right now. I watched SPN 5x03, moaned about brothers, then re-watched the 2007 TMNT movie: lol omg, brotherly angst, it is rampant in my fandoms. (Well, if they aren't just out-and-out gay, and Supernatural is a delightful mix.) I may need to dig out my new toon dvds and squee over protective!Raph and adorable!Donnie.

But for tonight, In Bruges again, with friends :) Yay!

First of all. This bullshit about replacing the original voice-actors of Futurama? Is so not on. If anyone is in doubt of the tragedy that would occur if they were to actually be replaced, go watch this: Billy West and Katey Segal spreading the Fry/Leela love. Missed out on tickets to the afternoon session of the upcoming GNW tapings, because apparently one is not allowed to book tickets for both sessions now. *pouts* Somehow I doubt that the rather large pack of regulars we see there will stop attending both, so I suspect we shall try booking with two names for the moment lol. Oh, am totally willing to bet that Paulie sings 'Poker Face' in the finale, too.

Oh, music these days. Also, think of the female role models my wee cousins are growing up with. Lady Gaga and Bella Swan. Sigh. Who did I have... I think, namely, Xena, Princess Leia, Gadget Hackwrench, Anastasia (er, the cartoon character), Roz Doyle, and Sarah Harding. I think my childhood female role models/crushes win.

Script is not going so well. I have almost 30 pages. I need 45ish by Monday morning. And it's suddenly turned sappy and ridiculous. It had such promise.

But then Asylum happened and I got distracted.

Seriously, I need to know how Jensen knows what Jared looks like in a bathtub ;) And also, JENSEN HAS LONGISH HAIR, and apparently there was some J2!arm-draping, and apart from the utter chaos that the con seems to be suffering from, it all sounds rather wonderful! ... Alright, back to churning out this filth I call a major scripting assignment.

Oh, note to obli_ttw; It's been suggested to me that we be ready to line up for GNW at about 1:30. We could actually possibly get awesome seats! ie. down the front or to the side for Hot Spot! Eeeeee I may implode with glee to be within that distance of Mr McDermott. But we can perfect our lining-up techniques with subsequent shows, also.

Also, I've nearly lost 20kg! (technically 17ish) I am so impressed with myself that I feel the need to go buy a chocolate bar and devour it all. Slowly and piggishly. Mwahaha.

Obviously, I should be working on my many many imminently due assignments. But with my new found youtube watching abilities, I ended up watching Turk/JD clips for most of the afternoon. And I have this to say, in relation to Misters Ackles and Padalecki.
